Not quite powder, IMHO, but gorgeous.
It's not exactly what I would call a powder, and not exactly what I wanted or thought, but it's beautiful nonetheless. It's more of a very thin holographic flake that gives a nice light reflection but doesn't quite look like what I wanted. Also, this stuff flies all over the place compared to stuff that is really powder pigment making it difficult to use in my resin molds as it will cling to static electricity in areas I don't want so I have to clean and correct it Mold before pouring the resin. I still give the product four stars because it's beautiful and I can use it for many things.
