I've had a pack of 2 Bellemain jar openers for about 2 months and haven't installed them yet. My kitchen cabinets are low so I would have to stand on my head! Then, when I felt those sharp metal teeth, I saw myself reaching out and cutting off a finger or two on them or my great-grandson when he arrived. And as others have said, opening a metal can lid with a jar opener like this is sure to leave jagged edges on the lid. So I decided not to install either one and since it's too late for a refund I'm just writing this purchase off as a misjudgment on my part.
