Approximately 20-25% of cases have no tape. About half a dozen others were missing a strip on half a page, resulting in the unsealed half of the flap hanging when the album was put back inside. The defective ones were in the middle, so I was about halfway through when I discovered the problem. Too much effort to unpack everything again, otherwise I would have sent them back. An additional small design nuance: the glue is on the valve, and not on the main part of the sleeve. This means there is a risk that your album will stick to the cover flap when you slide it in and out. However, the main reason for the bad rating is that instead of the advertised 100, I only received about 70 working grommets.
