Everything was ok except the end of the thread hangs where it is sewn together and if you cut it it will fall apart and then the measurements will be wrong. I measured my cage before ordering it. The website said it would certainly fit in my cage. I tried many different ways of attaching it and it was far from the size it was claimed to be. I also believe that even if it were wide enough it wouldn't be high enough to cover the bottom of the cage up to the food bowls where it would need to be covered.
