Close but no cigar on spares

Ordered this a few months ago for my 2010 N14 engined Mini Cooper S and just attempted to fit it today. I say try because the guild doesn't fit and if you look very closely at the pictures it doesn't match the picture in the listing. You can see the listing says it fits. It is not. Therefore, the upper guide pin cannot be installed. A day wasted and more delay to get a replacement.
