Rockville RXM-T2 Micro 2400W 2 Channel Marine Amp

I have had this amp on my 26ft controller for over 2 years now and it still works. I initially wired it up with 6 Kicker 8" speakers (150W RMS) in parallel, so 1.67 ohms per channel. Okay, I'd try 8" Rockville speakers, 250W RMS each. Same 3 parallel wires per Channel and the amp will clip them but these are speakers with powerful magnets so they aren't as musical as Kicker but for the price they really can't get any better, ridiculously loud and with a good amount of bass for the price. They've been on the boat for over a year with no problems. Actually I came back here to buy a Rockville Class D monoblock amp to add a subwoofer to the boat. Most likely the 10" LS7 (or 2: ) and TBH going back to 8" kickers, add 2 more and redo the wiring. But that's only because I'm an audio nerd, flac music and all. I have to say I'm surprised it's not more reviews out there, this ver stronger are great and you pay no money for the name. And in my opinion class D amps on a boat are what you need. They use much less power and are much cooler than A/B
