Great pre workout, the best diet and sports nutrition
Was a bit dubious when I took it and the powder fell out but both seals were in place so can't complain, tastes great , which comes from a C4 user drying spoon and is dissolved in water. No problem. The energy I got from it was smooth and consistent but I only do 1 scoop as next week before it's strong I'll try 2 for a week.
