We can't cook without it!
Vortex excels at a variety of uses when using a Weber kettle grill. You can use it for indirect cooking on Weber (search "Swirl Chicken Wings" on Youtube), but we mainly use it with our Weber and Santa Maria baits. This forces us to only use the amount of charcoal we need (2 of us) and generates great heat! Grilled marinated chicken thighs are probably a favorite. This is actually our second swivel as we used the first one so many times the whole side of it got a hole. This is after a few years of use so I had no problem buying another. It has served us well for our BBQ needs!
