If you plan on owning a car with more than 100,000 miles, you will need these ball joints in place of the factory non-lubricated joints. Moog makes these things almost bulletproof. I live in a snow belt and potholes eat away at car mounts like a kid eats candy. Salt and bad road abuse take a terrible toll on even the best car suspension designs. In my case I have an old police cruiser and the ball joints that were replaced were almost unusable. I have never had any problems with Moog components and have even received compliments from wheel alignment shops on my part selection.
