The best thing about this software is that it has all of my job management needs covered! It's easy enough so I can use with employees who are not tech savvy as well (myself included). There isn't much you could really dislike at first glance - maybe some minor UI changes would be nice but nothing major or game changing in terms of functionality. We have been able to streamline our processes by using MJKM which helps us keep track of inventory better than we did before. This also allows me access from anywhere via mobile devices instead having to go into office every day like we used too do previously. Our customers love how quickly they receive their service orders now since everything gets entered directly through them vs waiting weeks/months for an email response once something comes up during normal business hours only. Also being accessible 24 x 7 makes life easier when there aren’t any issues going around.
