Worked well for 15 months

Not sure if it failed. Has worked fine for 14 months. For the past 30 days it has had intermittent failures that required reinstalling (repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting) and now it doesn't work at all. Replaced it with a similar adapter and I'm back in business so that little adapter was to blame.
