Review on ๐Ÿงถ 85Pcs ISSEVE Crochet Hook Set with Storage Bag | Ergonomic Crochet Hooks Knitting Needles Weave Yarn Kits for Beginners and Experienced Crochet Lovers | DIY Tools for Better Crocheting Experience by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wonderful range of hook sizes and concepts in a beautiful case.

As with other kits, the size markers can be easily removed from the ergonomic hooks. Knowing it was likely, I took a picture before using them so I knew what pin color and hook size. The metal hook runs most of the length in the handle. The handles are very sturdy but don't feel like hard plastic. You have little flexibility. If I had to choose between size markings cut/pressed/molded into the handles, or hooks deeply embedded in an ergonomic handle, I'd prefer loose, wobbly hooks that pop out of the handle any day of the week/ twist/break off. Since they are different colors, I don't see that as a big problem. Splinter shears are great. They are very sharp and very comfortable. Stitch markers and counters are the same as elsewhere. I use stitch markers very often. I prefer them to safety pins because they won't prick me or my kids if they come loose. Stitch marking is the same as using a bollard or any other method. I didn't buy a concept set but they are very handy and fit well in a bag. Haven't used a ruler yet but the markings seem better than the ones on the hooks. I doubt they will wear out and not be felt on the surface. My only issue with the set probably won't be an issue for others, but I think it's worth mentioning. I'm self-taught about built-in hooks. Having used Susan Bates' built-in hooks for almost a year, it has proven to be a challenge to get used to tapered hooks. If I hadn't borrowed Boye hooks from my sister, I would have compared them. I'll edit this review when I get a chance.
