Amazing sound, no droning

Wow! Just what our 2011 Lincoln Navigator needed. We sold our Escalade ESV and bought the Navigator for the roominess and third row legroom. However, I was disappointed with the lack of accessories and aftermarket services such as suspension, exhaust, etc. We spent a lot of money and bought Corsa cat backs on our previous Denali XL and Escalade ESV. The only Cat Back available for Navigator is Magnaflow. But $700 for Magnaflow? No thank you. Also, over the years and a lot of wasted money I've come to the conclusion that simply replacing mufflers brings the same smile factor. The boy was right! This Flowmaster Super 50 is exactly what I wanted from a family setup. When launched, it sounds low, authoritative, but guttural. Simply smooth. Think James Earl Jones! At low speeds and revs, the exhaust note remains powerful. However, highway speeds are about ABSOLUTELY NO REASON (DRONE) stocks. Hallelujah! The main reason I've bought expensive Corsas and B&Bs (for our H2) in the past has been for the zero resonance factor. I can honestly say that the Super 50 has no drone on the Navigator! The exhaust resonator plays a role in this, but I still can't say enough about this inexpensive way to beef up a somewhat understated family van. Also, unless you go absolutely high end like the Corsa, cat backs are a waste of time in my opinion. I don't know why anyone would return a Flowmaster or Magnaflow Kat when a muffler from the same manufacturer gives great sound for a fraction of the money. Throttle response has tiny statistical significance. It's all about the sound. Your installation miraculously didn't speed up. Your perception changes because you like the sound, so hit the pedal! :) Back to Flowmaster. I called Flowmaster first and they pointed me in the right direction. Also, don't reply to their videos. Doesn't convey depth of sound and the simple mediums we all use struggle to separate the notes you want to hear. Personal experience is the best. Thanks again Flowmaster! Best $200 I've Spent. It cost $135 to install on a Navigator due to the need to make small changes.

Cons
