I say it's great because now I'm much more thinking about using the water picture regularly. I keep it in my shower so I can't overlook it or forget to clean it and it really does its job. Would I buy this particular product again? Probably not, and here's why: PROS: A) it does what it's designed to do B) it has enough power C) it's waterproof CONS: A) it's too big for me and my hands are the size of a basketball B ) your hand is pressing on the buttons when using the machine so pressurizing or turning off the water in case of an accident is a constant pain C) where the plug enters the charger... it's waterproof but comes with a tiny Rubber piece supplied that you plug in when not connected to power. I've lost this piece a number of times and once it's gone for good, the product is no longer waterproof. D) The shape doesn't offer a good grip, which means it can fall easily. If you have little slippery/soapy hands it sinks to the bottom and it's just cheap plastic E) the headpiece rotates very easily so it accidentally shoots at my mouth or my back when I'm flossing when my throat hurts ! I wish I had more good things to say but hey... it gets the job done eventually but I guess sooner or later I'll be looking for a replacement.
