Like the others mentioned, this tool only fits in the hole to rotate the rod, but doesn't come with anything connected to the end to allow you to rotate it. Some were able to use a socket to plug it into the turning hole, mine had a hole that was a little small for it so I took its nozzle and hammered it in and it's a great life saver. Some have been clever and, as mentioned, have used a vise for turning, which works well. Note, however, that finding a tool to rotate this item will require you to get creative. This was for a 2003 Ford Ranger. All it had was a jack and nothing else. I ordered this tool and a 19mm L-shaped hex socket wrench here on Amazon and some additional items I had at home that lasted until the end of this article to twist it to complete the installation.
