I have ordered this shampoo and conditioner many times with great results. I ordered in advance and just opened the bottles and to my surprise the (conditioner) was as thick as cement. I tried diluting the shampoo with water and my head and body itched terribly. I haven't tried the conditioner yet. I know it's been in use for a long time, but I figured I'd be on the safe side if I bought it ahead of time. I am disappointed that this product has such a short shelf life. Otherwise this is a good product. My barber used this product and has now switched to Goldwell. I told her I didn't get any feedback from your company. You will lose business due to poor customer service.
