Costing little more than a circuit board, this entire kit includes all the basic materials you need to get started with Arduino. I have other REXQualis boards and they all work fine. I would like to note that this is the first time I have received a UNO or compatible device that did not come pre-programmed with BLINK. The board just stood there when first plugged in, but happily accepted the program as it should. There are many such kits on Revain, so I'd say buy based on price and the number of components and features you want.
