Happy and Safe German Shepherd Dog

We often travel in the car with our German Shepherd Dog and I am increasingly concerned about their safety in the event of an accident. If you've done your homework, you already know that this landing gear is the only one that has a satisfactory rating after crash tests. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned that the dog wouldn't like it but for safety reasons I decided to give it a try anyway. Our GSD weighs 62 pounds and after measuring it I decided to order a larger one which after some adjustments fit really well. This bitch is a rescue dog and tends to be quite nervous (even after 2 years and a lot of progress) so I tried her out a few times at home first and then took her for walks in the afternoons. She actually did that very well, could sit, lie and stand in the back seat, although admittedly she couldn't really walk back and forth, which I think annoyed her a little at first, but she quickly sat down, lay down and sat up and slept . We've actually had issues lately with her getting fed up with the car and I think the reduction in traffic has really made a difference because it hasn't happened for the first time in a long time. (Added bonus!) In general, the dog moved less when cornering and braking, so I can only imagine that it's obvious that in the final tests, in a collision, he'll keep up well too. The strap is made from a durable material with a seat belt like material where it actually attaches to your vehicle's seat belt. Pretty simple but smart design. Glad to have the peace of mind that our four legged family member is safer now.
