Review updated 12/21/2019: Well I tried an S-Clip ($10) and now the harness seems to be doing its main job of holding the dog in place without pinching him. But I'm not increasing my rating one star because Sleepypod's failure to clarify seat belt weight limits remains a major issue that strikes me as a major safety issue. I like to take my dog with me whenever possible and he loves going for walks with me.
