I need my money back
This tool worked great for about a month. Suddenly no email reports are sent. My clients require a paper copy of the report. After trying everything I gave it to my IT friend who suggested a factory reset. There is no longer any need to start an application. It's not a scanner anymore. Now it's just an Android tablet that doesn't have a Play Store. That's right. You have no user-level control over your own tool. Apps cannot be downloaded. I can't enter my email there. Rip off, I need my money back
