Thought it would be a bit better

I like the product, i just thought it would be more comfortable. There is nothing wrong with it, it works fine i just don’t know how to use it comfortably. If you use it as a back massager, you need to not lay on it because it’s extremely painful on the spine when it rotates it almost digs into you. Im not mad about it i just thought it would be better
