Review on ThinkEasyIT by Gary Stringfield

They are always very quick with their responses, they make sure what is correct before sending it out so you know exactly when your application has been released into production ready for access by staff within our organisation! Their level 1 support team have never failed us in any way over 14 years we've worked together now at both internal & external events which I can say nothing bad about!! We also use them as an admin/helpdesk system (Moodle) where people log help requests from all around Oxford University via mobile phones or laptops etc - works great but requires good systems management / backups which i guess isn't something every host offers? We have been using think easy for over 5 years now, they are great at what we do as well! They really listen when you tell them your needs or problems and work with you until it's done right. I would say there is nothing bad i can come up about this product yet but if anything comes along let me know please!! The best part was all their staff were very friendly & helpful in any way possible (even those who weren't working directly within our department).
