Whose toilet is so soft people are afraid to scratch it?! Plus it's a toilet! Way worse than the mean old honest toilet brush I grew up with and I NEVER saw my dad throw the toilet away for some nonexistent scratches! And a GENTLE toilet cleaner? If I wanted a mild cleaner like SO, I would grab cotton candy and try to get it to work. Seriously, I understand the angle of the material processed. I like it! That's why I got it, but it just doesn't work when it comes to cleaning. If you don't use it every day (ineffective), you won't (ineffective) clean your toilet with this type of cleaner. I hate this. I hate the manufacturer and I hate being sucked into this feel good product. NOT
