At first I managed to get this thing to work. But this is a very poor design that tends to fall apart in my hand. I tried screwing the hard drive to hold the cart together, but then my screws got caught in the server bay case. This cage was built too large to fit VERY tight in the drive bay. I ended up getting it to work by only installing 2 of these, though the 4 screws where the trolley is gave me some extra room to keep the screw heads from catching on the frame of the dry box. Plugging a cart into a server was too ridiculous. It took me several attempts to insert it. With the force required to fully seat the drive, I was concerned that it was seated the wrong way round and the SATA connectors were bumped. After making sure I had put everything in correctly, I gave it a good nudge and eventually everything stood up and locked into place. If I hadn't been in a pinch to get this car running I would have sent this car back and found a used one on eBay. Next time I will find original manufacturer parts, not generic ones.
