Review on πŸ• MaxxLock Exercise Pen for Pets by MidWest Homes by Rob Overturf

Not stable even for small puppies! Dangerous.

I would not recommend this exercise pen. I have purchased Midwest Homes cages for my dogs and am very happy with them. However, the pen is unusable. I have two puppies, about 4 pounds each, and I ordered a pen before bringing them home. The pen was missing the angle stabilizers, which should have been included (prior to ordering, I called the company and was assured that the stabilizers would be included, although this was not mentioned on the box or in the instructions). An enclosure without stabilizers is useless as even a 4kg puppy can drag it across the floor and collapse. I called the company and spoke very politely about the missing stabilizers. They said that since I ordered the pen from Revain they couldn't be sure if the stabilizers were really missing (that it could be a return or a mistake by Revain). The staff I spoke to were very rude and didn't expedite the delivery even when I explained I have two puppies that I'm not sure I can keep. I received the stabilizers in about 8 days but they don't work AT ALL. However, these 4-pound puppies can pull a pencil anywhere. One of the puppies pulled the handle towards him and squeezed his face between two corners. I would recommend just buying a very large box for this purpose.
