Works well, happy with the purchase.
I have nothing to compare as this is our first gate but after some shopping we settled on this gate (we were looking for a corner mounting gate that we could modify a bit so the cat could get through the gate walk). It took about an hour to install the gate (also installed protection for the railing) but everything was pretty easy. The gate is solid, we are happy with the purchase. * The gate is a little difficult to open (latch) but everything seems to "break open" and the gate operation is much smoother after about a week of use.
