Item was dispatched and arrived in a few days although delivery would take 2 weeks. It appears to be very durable but does not conform to the dimensions advertised. . It fits my 4" bumper and has enough room. Actual inside measurements were 4 3/8". Plan on not lining up your holes even after using the marker drill unless you know how to prevent can't get the drill to slip when you drill. All the parts were included. I managed to attach it to my I-beam frame with a percussion gun. The self-tapping screws worked great even with my misaligned holes. I put nuts on them, though the instructions didn't recommend this just for reassurance. I haven't traveled yet but if this stands up my review stands. If not I'll delete it!
