The product is easy to install and compatible with the cameras I own. I have not received an answer from the company as to why they need my Gmail password to send messages. Or why Gmail says it's dangerous and won't let you sign in. Signed up for cloud backup and didn't see any of the recorded videos. Half the time it says there is no recorded video on the device and the other half I can play it remotely. It took a while for us to get together due to the time difference, but after meeting, she was very helpful and the problem was solved.
