The printer is defective. Just before we installed the new cartridge, the old cartridge was printing fine, only the ink was weak. We've made sure we've completed all the steps to install a new cartridge. We put in a new cartridge and after installing it printed blank pages. We then returned the old cartridge which used to print fine but is now printing blank pages. We also tried a second new cartridge but to no avail. We have tried many times to clean the printheads as suggested on the web with no success.
