Highly recommended. My 6 month old GSD barked at every dog that passed our backyard. I set it to level 1 and for the first time it squeaked so loud and ran towards me. I'm sure it was out of surprise and not pain, but even so, I've only put it on vibrate since then. Since then she has only barked once in the collar. At this point I don't think I need to activate this thing at all. But the best part is that she's practically stopped barking, so she's back in the vault. Worth the money even though I only had to use it for a week haha.
