Description of 🐶 Durable and Effective Dogtra YS600 Rechargeable Waterproof High-Output No Bark Collar

ACCELEROMETER BARK SENSOR: The YS600 No Bark Collar comes with the latest cutting edge technology in the market. The YS600 has a built-in Accelerometer Bark Sensor that helps prevent confusing false corrections caused by outside noise. BARK INDICATOR: The Persistent Bark Indicator informs dog owners of excessive barking each time the unit is turned off. It is the perfect tool to help determine if an increase in correction level is needed to help eliminate excessive barking. CORRECTIONS: The YS600 offers 10 corrections to find the perfect level for your dog. It also offers the HPP (High-Performance Pager) that can be used alone or in combination with the correction. The High-Performance Pager offers a clear vibration to alert dogs while training. IPX9K WATERPROOF CERTIFIED: The YS600 is IPX9K waterproof certified, which means it passed the International Protection Marking system. Products are verified if they can stand a close-range high-pressure liquid spray from 4 angles (pressure of 80-100 bars and a temperature of 176°F). DOG SIZING: The YS600 is perfect for dogs that are 35 lbs. or more. The YS600 provides a high output and can be used on many dogs confined to one area without activating another dog’s YS600.

Highly recommended (but neighbors will think you hit your dog)

Highly recommended. My 6 month old GSD barked at every dog that passed our backyard. I set it to level 1 and for the first time it squeaked so loud and ran towards me. I'm sure it was out of surprise and not pain, but even so, I've only put it on vibrate since then. Since then she has only barked once in the collar. At this point I don't think I need to activate this thing at all. But the best part is that she's practically stopped barking, so she's back in the vault. Worth the money even…

Error in Shock - Hit ER

I have a 90 lb Doberman lover who is used to tuning in when we walk off the leash with an eco collar all the time. Our old bark collar died so I ordered this dogtra. In short, I put him at level 3, which is low for him. About a minute after I put it on him I heard him vibrate (no barking or any loud noises) and then all of a sudden he was screaming like hell and I was desperately trying to take it off. I ended up in the ER with 17 stitches because he was in so much pain and afraid he'd get half

Really smart dog owners

I really wanted this collar to work on my very smart Akita Malinois mix. I made sure it was positioned correctly and adjusted to the correct height every time I put it on. However, it took him 2 weeks to figure out how to get around this and keep barking. However, they lasted longer than the cheap ones, he sorted them out in a day. So for normal dogs and even for many "stubborn" dogs I give 5 stars. For ancient breeds that are genetically considered "free thinkers," this may not work for your…

Thank you, but you may end up returning it

Thank you to everyone who responded to my question about the long collar length with suggestions for trimming or tucking. FYI, I haven't used it so I can't rate its performance. My concern is that nowhere in the instructions does it say to trim the excess length. I don't want to do that as it will void the warranty. I bought another type that has a training remote and I'm going to try it for both barking and obedience work. If it's effective, go back to it. Collars are made of very wide and…

Terrible - my lab damaged!

I bought this for my black lab who weighs about 60 pounds. She is trained off a leash with an e-collar. I only put the E collar on her when we're outside, so that seems like a good solution to keep her from barking inside. Her training has taught her that if she comes running to me with an e-collar, I'm her "safe zone." I put a bark collar on her and did something in the kitchen, it was on level 2 and she was just chewing on a toy that was next to me. She got up, squealed in great pain and ran…

  • There are cons

I've had this for a week now and it's been working great so far. I've only had to use it 4 times and after the first 4 fixes my separation prone dog is no longer yelling or howling in his cage let alone hurting himself. I noticed that the collar isn't compatible with fixes - meaning it will howl and bark, get fixed and then immediately go on howling or barking. Although my dog figured it out quickly and realized the vibration was a warning of a fix. Now he has settled into his cage and sleeps…
