but. I know the company can't cover all installs, but for those who don't have it on hand, it can be a disaster to install. The cabinet I installed it on was a very thin piece of wood to screw into. If I didn't know better I would install the screws through the bottom shelf of the cabinet and the screws would protrude into the bottom shelf of the cabinet. This could pose a safety hazard if someone tries to put something on the bottom shelf and cuts themselves on the protruding screws. This cabinet also had an "apron" under the bottom shelf. I had to cut a 1-3/4" thick piece of wood and epoxy it to the underside of the bottom shelf and then attach the unit to that piece of wood after the epoxy cured. After that the product works fine and my mom was able to make glasses /Opening bottles they wouldn't have been able to without the product.I think there should be instructions that cover different installation scenarios.As I said I don't know that all situations can be covered but some basic types and a warning or two will help many of the not very experienced people who can order this product.
