Simple, it works, it's a tiny stand for your HomePod Mini
This mount works perfectly - it's more a question of whether the design suits your space. I love the folded power cord that hides the extra cord, although I despise the cords running down my wall, so I clip the power cords into the wall behind the Homepod and then run them straight out of the wall into an outlet. This mount works well to hide even an inch or so of the power cord that goes into the wall.
