I can be too harsh but here. I will never buy a product from this company again. I gave it one star because I liked the hinged lid. Used lead crumbles or crumbles into dust when sharpening is attempted. The wooden shaft breaks and crumbles. To someone in charge of color selection, it should be said that the 120 different color display means just that. The markers look like different colors, different names don't change the color of the fretboard! It was an overall frustrating and stressful ordeal. I am not referring to a test. I gave them a 3. Each session was worse than the last. I am really disappointed. I wanted to be wrong. Quality control must have been on vacation when the jar came by.
