This bit is clearly of very high quality; The carbide tips are thick and the body is well balanced. However, this poses an interesting problem. Because it is a reverse glue joint, adjacent boards are cut upside down so that they mesh perfectly. The fit seems very sensitive to adjusting the height and depth of the router table. My test cuts were nice, but didn't line up as precisely as I'd like. I think I need a mount to allow this kind of adjustment. I have a project in mind but I need to do a jig and see if fine tuning will allow me to take full advantage of the bit. I will post an update.
