"Efficient tool/platform that i am looking forward "
It is very easy for my organization to use timeflex as it was integrated with Outlook, so no need of extra software or application installed.I have not faced any issue while using this product.
I recommend everyone should give it try once. Easy integration with outlook.Easy access from mobile phone too.This makes our day to day work easier and organized.Time flex allows us to create recurring meetings in one place which saves time since we don't have to search every month to find if there's meeting already scheduled or not.
Pros

- Mobile app support
- Calendar sync across devices etc.
- Receiving reminders when important events are about occur such like flight boardings/meetins due soon (which helps lot)
Cons
- Need more features e g creating multiple attendee lists / email group notifications
