High USB connection failure rate.
After 3 tries I have to give this item a hard thumbs down. It looks and sounds good, but they never last more than a few months before the charging connection fails and this speaker becomes inoperable. Aside from Bluetooth, it has no way to connect. Do yourself a favor and buy a better speaker.
