🔊 Mahogany Victrola Wall Mounted Bluetooth Speaker - A/C Adaptor & Built-in Rechargeable Battery Review

Easy to install, easy to use, but speaker stops making sound after 3 weeks. No noise when switched on, no music, nada. It took over two months to ship a replacement which has not yet arrived from the manufacturer.

After 3 tries I have to give this item a hard thumbs down. It looks and sounds good, but they never last more than a few months before the charging connection fails and this speaker becomes inoperable. Aside from Bluetooth, it has no way to connect. Do yourself a favor and buy a better speaker.

Overall, the device is well made. has some weight. A good wooden cabinet, even a wooden wall block for fixing. The lighting is nicely even, but the plastic that the light shines through is flimsy. Sound quality is OK The speaker is much smaller than the round hole in the front panel. (Elongated speaker approx. 2x4. Does not have a separate volume control.

The speaker has a great sound and is easy to install. I returned it because I bought a Victoria phono, cassette and CD player with Bluetooth capability. Unfortunately, the phono player can only receive Bluetooth and NOT transmit Bluetooth, so it cannot connect to this speaker. Too bad that due to the short-sightedness of the engineers, Victoria missed out on a great system that looks great together.

The moment I took it out of the box I knew I loved it! The build quality is exceptional, as is the sound quality! I spend many hours in my garage working on guitars, amps and other electronics, so I like to enjoy music while I work. This is perfect for me as it mounts on the wall above my bench and doesn't usually get in the way. It's stylish, loud and clear! The speaker was a bit bigger than I expected, but that's ok!

I bought this speaker for my workshop because I like the vintage look. I paired it with an Echo Dot and it sounds great. Appearance is great too. Very easy to hang up. You simply attach a wooden tab to the wall and you can easily remove the speaker at any time. Update - Rating lowered as it only lasted about a year with minimal usage. It started flashing and making static noise just a day after turning it on (AC or battery). Dissatisfied.

I bought this as a secret gift from Santa. That's very pleasant. It's a lot harder than I expected. Solid wood, quite clear sound and looks very nice in the room. Nothing about this device feels or looks cheap; even a solid wood mount. The battery works as advertised, although I keep mine plugged in as the cord was easy to hide. The audio is a little more distorted than I'd like, at a volume that allows you to hear music through, say, the bonnet. Just last month I got 4 of these amazing retro wall speakers. The good news is that if you like what you see in the pictures, you will like how it looks when you open the box. The case is truly a work of art and very solidly made. The sound is very good for a Blu Tooth speaker in this price range. So what's the catch? Find one that works.
