Review on USG#1 Potters Plaster: High Strength 20 - Scenery, Dioramas, Dentistry, Mold Casting, Model Railroads & Gaming - 10 Pounds by Michelle Langley

I wasted that whole $45 bag on 25 pounds. You can bet I did some careful calculations afterwards! I did wet boxing. Stupid me, I didn't know how to use the cast properly - it's not the cast's fault which is why it still gets 5 stars - and the customer service was GREAT! So when we dumped all the plaster into our water, which was "measured" at 1 1/2 inches in the wet chamber, we ran to the store to get more plaster because it was far from up a hill form. All of this disappeared into the water. Well, apparently if you don't have enough plaster, the plaster will still harden, it's just more porous. Unfortunately I didn't pour the plaster into the mold before running for more. So, I have a Home Depot bucket full of 25 pounds of plaster. What should I do about it? It was a tough lesson - pun lol. Don't repeat my mistakes - read the instructions.
