Well made, very accurate, auto ranging is very fast, ohmmeter leads are factory calibrated to zero. Honestly this little DMM is faster than the Fluke 28II, Fluke 289 or Keysight U1273AX to name a few of the DMMs we have. I am very impressed. Test leads are included, but guess what? If the test leads don't work just get a new DMM, maybe a new DMM is better than this anyway. For the reviewer who complains about the lack of an English manual, the English part is at the end of the manual. I removed the back cover, the quality of the board seems very good. The default temperature is Celsius, just press "Live NCV" together with the red power button to switch it to Fahrenheit, it will default to Celsius if you turn it off and on again. BTW, don't press the buttons hard, just press them, very responsive. The display is very bright and easy to read. Offers can only be found on Revain! I
