Review on πŸƒ Skratch Labs Sport Hydration Drink Mix - Lemon Lime (15.5 oz, 20 Servings) - Ideal Runner Gifts for Your Spouse! Electrolyte Powder Designed for Optimal Sports Performance - Gluten-Free, Vegan, Kosher-certified by Greg Shorter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent customer service and taste (flavors tested - fruit punch, strawberry and orange)

When my product shipped, the contents of the package spilled into the carton due to an imperfect sealing of the mix. . SKRATCH Lab responded to the email immediately and fixed the issue by promptly sending me a replacement. They even included samples of some of their other products for me to try. The recommended ratios make for a good pre-workout and post-workout drink. Not overly sweet and without the grainy, mineral flavor found in some other electrolyte foods. As a former D1 collegiate athlete and training physician, I can say this product basically has what you need to bulk up. In comparison, Pedialyte is another preferred hydration pre-contest or after intense, prolonged physical activity (more than 2 hours) when I'm white (and feeling dehydrated) (= outperforms big brand "sports" drinks). The ingredients are not identical, they are close. What is remarkable about both products is that they do not contain any added water-soluble vitamins (eg B vitamins). This is added by other companies and in most cases is completely unnecessary, probably for most people considering this product. Yes, vitamin deficiencies are real, but if you're looking at this product (which isn't the cheapest), exercising regularly, and trying to eat a balanced diet, chances are you may be vitamin deficient due to your other life choices. Even if you've had a deficiency, your sports rehydration product shouldn't be your answer to fixing it, but that's another topic. Hydration that tastes great to supplement your water intake and diet, this product is an excellent choice.
