DELICIOUS Perfect Baked Chicken Breast
My chicken breast and roast beef have always been guesses. Sometimes they got great; in other cases they were overcooked. With this digital food thermometer I am now in full control. So I couldn't wait to try it on tonight. It only took 1-2 seconds to get a good temperature reading. Numeric numbers are clear and easy to read. I plan to use it when baking bread to make sure the liquid is the right temperature. The retractable needle is easy to retract. I disinfect with an alcohol swab before each use.
