Many items shipped with this device are not supported. For example Netflix app, Hulu etc. Also mirroring is not supported due to "Copy Rights" restrictions. The product itself appears to be feature rich, but there is no real device support for it, and neither Revain's technical support team nor the manufacturer's "Kodak Support" can provide any real support for this product. This item was purchased and arrived as planned. Technical support was reached for the issues identified, but the Revain technical support team was unable to resolve the issue. Called Kodak Technical Support. The technician tried to help and said the item was defective and sent it back. Sent back for exchange. A new one arrived, found the same problems. The Revain engineer was contacted after trying to resolve the issue for over an hour. They contacted Kodak for support, I contacted Kodak for support. The call kept dropping out. There is no technical support for this product. Buyer Warning.
