The ease of use, ability to track tests ordered through it as well as patient results is great! I wish there was an easier way for us (staff) who are not tech savy or computer savvy at all that could navigate this system easily without having someone help them out with how things work but overall its easy enough once you get used too what buttons do which functions etc..

There really isn't anything i dislike about using IPASSPORT LABORATORY QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. We have been able t o see our patients test orders in real time so we know when they come into clinic if their labs were done within 24 hours prior - very helpful!!
