Fixed: The first drum I got didn't work and I was very disappointed. I notified the seller and the customer service was fantastic. They decided on their product and immediately sent me a replacement drum. I am very happy with my experience and although the first order didn't go as expected, I would order from this company again just because of their customer service. First review: I ordered this because my drum was only 10% alive so it's time for a new one. I saw the reviews on this drum and based on the difference in price I decided to buy it instead of the Brother brand. I was disappointed when I installed it because after following all the installation instructions I still had lines on my printed pages. I put in new genuine Brother toner to see if that was the problem and it didn't help. I am very disappointed that this drum is not working as it should.
