Love this bag - wanted dark brown but ordered tan instead. Wanted to go back but decided to leave. I can fit a reading case as well as a sunglass case, lip balm, and my iPhone 8plus in it (but not the phone holder compartment. Since I carry it when I don't want to be weighed down by a purse, I use the zipper to carry my ID, cash, or credit cards I have Ordered small/medium, so if you feel you need to fit more stuff, go for the larger size.
