Will NOT attach securely to watch!

This watch strap looked good and the clasp was stainless steel. That's where the positives end. I have a 3 series and the watch holder was defective. It kept slipping out, not locking, then when tightening, the strap pulled out of the groove. I've never had that with other watches. then I noticed some other things; Distortion near watch mount, random elongated sections. To return.
