Perfect fit for my 1999 GS300, filter fitted the same as the gasket. I highly recommend using an oil resistant RTV with a gasket during installation. When the oil pan was tightened to OEM spec it splintered around the outside of the bolt holes, but with RTV on both sides I don't mind at all. Car started, gasket warmed up, no leaks. BE SURE TO TIGHTEN THE SHELL BOLTS. This is also in inches/lbs.
