Review on Rainco by Jason Wesley

Rainco may have a good reputation for reliable goods and helpful customer service, but my recent experience with their online store has left me feeling let down. To begin, the website's layout is confusing and difficult to use. It took me longer than it should have, and the product information still wasn't as comprehensive as I'd have liked, to locate the specific component I needed. Second, the purchasing procedure was lengthy and difficult to navigate. I had to go through multiple pages and sign up for an account, both of which I thought were unnecessary, before I could ultimately make a purchase. My package came later than anticipated because of the slow shipping. I get that things get delayed sometimes, but I was hoping for more updates from Rainco on the whereabouts of my purchase. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping at Rainco's virtual stall. I'm sure their products are great, but until they fix their website and ordering system, I won't be able to purchase with them online.
