I installed it on my wife's 2000 TJ. You look cool; much better than those projection led headlights. The low beam is absolutely fantastic; great color, great spread, great overlap (no shadows) and good spacing. The high beam is just a headlight, not a high beam. After installation, you need to properly adjust the headlights, because they are out of order. mine were high and to the sides (people complaining about being stopped and other drivers glaring at them obviously just pulled them on without really adjusting). On TJ, they connect without a lightning arrester adapter; but JK will probably need them. My friend's TJ has Sunpie LED lights and the COWONE low beams are way better than his.
